We are looking for a highly skilled Task Force Conference Services Manager (CSM) to join our team for a short-term assignment at a 552-room full-service hotel with 22,254 sq. ft. of meeting space. If you thrive in event planning and have the ability to adapt quickly, this role is perfect for you!
Responsibilities:
- Act as the primary point of contact for clients, overseeing all event logistics and execution.
- Manage meetings and events for groups using CI/TY to streamline communications and ensure seamless planning.
- Collaborate with hotel teams to deliver exceptional guest experiences and exceed client expectations.
- Handle all aspects of the event lifecycle, including BEOs, pre-event planning, on-site execution, and post-event follow-up.
- Resolve client concerns promptly to ensure a positive experience and build long-term relationships.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Conference Services Manager (CSM) or Event Manager in a full-service hotel environment.
- Strong working knowledge of CI/TY is required.
- Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple events simultaneously.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities.
- Ability to travel immediately and commit to assignments for short-term durations.
